New York's WCBS-TV reported the following weather today (May 12) on their noon newscast:

"We had some light snow in parts of Pennsylvania earlier today.  Our high today only 50.  Normal high is 70.  We're 20 degrees below normal.  That's a high we had back in the middle of March.  Technically still winter... feels like it."
